A "Quote of the Day"...

"Running keeps me at a physical peak and sharpens my sences. It makes me touch and feel and hear as if for the first time. Through it I get past the first barrier to true emotions, lack of integration with the body. In it I escape the from the pettyness and trivialities of everyday life. Once inside I stop the daily pendelum perpetually occilating between between distraction and bordome. Dr.George Sheehan, From his book, Running and Being, The Total Experience, Pg 249 first paragraph...

Thank you George.
