Well, another bullet run to FL (keystone Hights).
After my delivery at a constuction site, where no
truck had gone beforeand a good afternoon nap, I was
able to get an evening run in with much less pain in
the ole knee. The foam roller is really doing the
trick. Im not sure of the distance yet but it was just
shy of 40min at a strong pace. I have since driven
over just south of Jacksonville,Fl. I hope to get
another good one in before the next leg of this trip.
